Our board of directors adopted a code of business conduct and ethics that applies to our directors, officers, employees and advisors. A copy of conduct and business ethics has been filed as an exhibit to our Registration Statement on Form F-1, File No. 333-281799, filed on August 27, 2024, as amended.
