We have adopted a code of ethics, which is applicable to all of our directors, executive officers and employees, including our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. No changes have been made to the code of business conduct and ethics since its adoption and no waivers have been granted therefrom to our directors or employees. We have filed our code of business conduct as an exhibit to our F-1 registration statement (File No. 333-223261), as amended, initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 27, 2018, and a copy is available to any shareholder upon request.
