Our Board adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) that applies to all our employees, including without limitation our chief executive officer, chief financial officer and controller. Information contained on, or that can be accessed through, our website does not constitute a part of this Annual Report on Form 20-F and is not incorporated by reference herein. We will disclose on our website any amendment to, or waiver from, a provision of our Code to the extent required under the rules of the SEC or Nasdaq. There have been no material changes to our Code since our most recent Annual Report Form 20-F.
