ITEM 16B. CODE OF ETHICS
We have adopted a code of ethics that applies to all of our executive officers, directors and employees in accordance with the rules of the Nasdaq and the SEC. The code of ethics codifies the business and ethical principles that govern all aspects of our business. Any amendment to or waivers of the code of ethics for members of our board of directors and our executive officers that are required to be disclosed by the rules of the SEC or Nasdaq will be disclosed on our website at http://ostin-technology.com/ within four business days following the amendment or waiver. During year 2024, no amendments to or waivers from the code were made or given to any of our executive officers.
