In 2002, we adopted a code of ethics that applies to all of our employees and directors, including our principal executive officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. In 2022 and 2023, we did not amend our code of ethics in any manner, nor did we grant any waiver from any provision of the code of ethics to any person.
