We have adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code of Ethics”) that is applicable to all of our directors, executives and other employees, and those of our affiliates. A copy of the Code of Conduct is available on our website at www.steakholderfoods.com. Any waivers of the Code of Ethics for directors and officers require the approval of the audit committee of our board of directors. We expect that any amendments to the Code of Conduct will be disclosed on our website. We granted no waivers under our Code of Ethics and Conduct in 2023.
