We have adopted a Code of Ethics that applies to all of our employees, officers and directors, including our principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer or controller, or persons performing similar functions. The information on, or that can be accessed through, our website is not part of this Annual Report.
We intend to disclose any amendment to our Code of Ethics or any waivers of its requirements, in our annual report on Form 20-F. For the year ended December 31, 2023, we did not grant any waiver, including any implicit waiver, from any provision of the Code of Ethics.
