Our board of directors has adopted a code of ethics that applies to all of the directors, officers and employees of us and our subsidiaries, whether they work for us on a full-time, part-time, consultative, or temporary basis. Certain provisions of the code apply specifically to our chief executive officer, chief operating officer, senior finance officer, controller, senior vice presidents, vice presidents and any other persons who perform similar functions for us.
