The Board adopted a Code of Conduct that governs the conduct of our and our affiliated entities’ directors, officers and employees. Our Code of Conduct sets forth specific standards of conduct that we expect all of our employees and directors to follow. We maintain an ethics hotline for employees to use on an anonymous basis.
