Forward Share Split

On September 18, 2026, Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC, the sponsor (the “Sponsor”) of The Zcash ETF (the “Fund”), issued a press release announcing a 3-for-1 forward share split (the “Forward Split”) of the Fund’s shares (the “Shares”).

The Forward Split will apply to shareholders of record as of the close of the market on September 28, 2026 (the “Record Date”) and will be payable after the close of the market on September 29, 2026 (the “Payment Date”). The Forward Split will be effective prior to the market open on September 30, 2026 (the “Effective Date”) when the Shares will begin trading on NYSE Arca, Inc. on a split-adjusted basis. Following the Forward Split, the Shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “ZCSH” and the CUSIP number for the Shares will remain unchanged.

The Forward Split is expected to decrease the price per share of the Fund with a proportionate increase in the number of Shares outstanding. As a result of the Forward Split, holders as of the Record Date will receive two additional Shares, to be distributed on the Payment Date. Immediately following the Forward Split, the NAV per Share is expected to be approximately one-third of the NAV per Share immediately before the Forward Split.

A copy of Grayscale’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
