We have adopted a code of business conduct and ethics that applies to our directors, employees, advisors and officers, including our Chief Executive Officer and President (who serves as our principal financial and accounting officer). No changes have been made to the code of business conduct and ethics since its adoption and no waivers have been granted therefrom to our directors or employees. We have filed our code of business conduct as an exhibit to our F-1 registration statement (File No. 333-256564), as amended, initially filed with the SEC on May 27, 2021, and a copy is available to any shareholder upon request.
