We have adopted the Paysafe Code, which applies to all of our officers, directors and employees and sets forth our Company’s values as well as certain policies and procedures related to, among other things, risk management and control, information management, privacy, information security, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption and financial reporting. We also adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics that applies to our principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer and controller, or persons performing similar functions, each of which will be posted on our website athttps://ir.paysafe.com/corporate-governance/governance-documents. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is a “code of ethics,” as defined in Item 406(b) of Regulation S-K. We will make any legally required disclosures regarding amendments to, or waivers of, provisions of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics on our website.
