Current report
Appliance and integration net revenue decreased by $46.1 million during the nine months ended September 26, 2025, compared to the corresponding period in 2024. The decrease was mainly due to a $56.0 million decrease in our Broadband segment, partially offset by a $9.9 million increase in the Video segment revenue.
Current report
The decreases in our Broadband segment revenue in the fiscal 2025 periods presented, relative to the corresponding prior year fiscal periods, were primarily due to customer deployment timing delays associated with DOCSIS 4.0 and network readiness. The increase in our Video segment revenue for the nine months ended September 26, 2025, relative to the corresponding period in 2024, was primarily driven by higher sales to existing customers due to improved market dynamics and recent customer wins.
Current report
SaaS and service net revenue increased by $2.5 million during the three months ended September 26, 2025, compared to the corresponding period in 2024, primarily due to a $1.6 million increase in Broadband segment support services revenue, mainly driven by an expanded customer base and a $1.9 million increase in SaaS revenue, mainly driven by higher usage from existing customers. These increases were partially offset by a $1.0 million decrease in Video segment support services revenue, resulting from the decline in appliance and integration sales over the past several years.
Current report
Research and development expenses remained relatively flat for the three months ended September 26, 2025, compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
Current report
Selling, general and administrative expenses remained relatively flat for the three months ended September 26, 2025, compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
Current report
Interest expense, net decreased by $1.5 million in the three months ended September 26, 2025, compared to the corresponding period in 2024, primarily due to lower costs of borrowing and lower outstanding principal balance resulting from the repayment and reborrowing activities under the Revolving Facility during the current period.

Current report
The provision for income taxes decreased during the three months ended September 26, 2025, and increased during the nine months ended September 26, 2025, compared to the corresponding periods in 2024. The decrease in provision for income taxes for the three months ended September 26, 2025, was largely driven by lower pretax income in the current fiscal quarter compared to the corresponding quarter of 2024. This decrease was partially offset by a non-cash adjustment of $3.3 million in the current period related to the method change for capitalization of research and development expenses under Section 174 of the Internal Revenue Code, which reduced our Internal Revenue Code Section 250 tax benefits. The increase in provision for income taxes for the nine months ended September 26, 2025, was largely driven by an increase in pretax income for the nine months ended September 26, 2025, compared to the same period in the prior year.

Current report
Our Broadband segment revenue decreased by $54.8 and $54.9 during the three and nine months ended September 26, 2025, respectively, compared to the corresponding periods in 2024. These decreases were partially offset by $1.6 million and $1.1 million increases in support services revenue for the three and nine-month periods, respectively, driven by expanded service offering.
Current report
Our Broadband segment operating margin declined during the three and nine months ended September 26, 2025, compared to the corresponding periods in 2024, mainly due to lower sales.
