We have adopted a code of ethics, which is comprised of internal rules included in our business ethics and compliance manual, each of which applies to all our directors, officers and other employees.
On April 1, 2025, we revised our previous internal rules and established “Behavioral Guideline on Compliance and Risk,” in order to respond to diversifying expectations from customers and society, as well as the complexities of our own business.
A copy of the sections of our business ethics and compliance manual equivalent to the “code of ethics” (as defined in paragraph (b) of Item 16B of Form 20-F) is attached as Exhibit 11.1 to this annual report.
No waivers of the business ethics and compliance manual have been granted to any of our directors, officers or other employees, during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
