EXPLANATORY NOTES
The information in this annual information form (the “Annual Information Form”) is stated as at January 31, 2025, unless otherwise indicated.
Unless otherwise noted or required by the context, the “Corporation” and “BRP” refer to BRP Inc. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and predecessors or other entities controlled by them.
Unless otherwise indicated, all references to “$” or “dollars” are to Canadian dollars, references to “US$” or “U.S. dollars” are to United States dollars and references to “AUD$” are to Australian dollars. Amounts are stated in Canadian dollars unless indicated to the contrary.
All references to “Fiscal 2026” are to the Corporation’s fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, to “Fiscal 2025” are to the Corporation’s fiscal year ended January 31, 2025, to “Fiscal 2024” are to the Corporation’s fiscal year ended January 31, 2024 and to “Fiscal 2023” are to the Corporation’s fiscal year ended January 31, 2023.
All references to “season” throughout this Annual Information Form have different meanings depending on the applicable type of vehicle and region. Please refer to the following table for a description of such meanings:

Any references to seasonal data for multiple products refer to each product’s respective season for the specific year indicated. In Fiscal 2023, the Corporation stopped all sales, shipments and exports intended for Russia and stopped operating in the Russian market. Therefore, the data relating to the number of units sold in Fiscal 2025 and Fiscal 2024 presented in this Annual Information Form does not include any units sold in Russia. In Fiscal 2025, BRP initiated a process for the sale of its Marine businesses. Until such time as the process is fully completed, BRP will continue to disclose and include the data related to the Marine businesses in this Annual Information Form. However, the financial results presented in the Corporation’s results for Fiscal 2025 are presented on a continuing basis, excluding Marine discontinued operations.
