Does the company have a code of ethics?

We have adopted a Code of Ethics that applies to all directors, officers, employees and consultants, including our principal executive, financial and accounting officers or persons performing similar functions. The Audit Committee is responsible for annually reviewing the Code of Ethics and recommending any proposed changes to the Board for approval. A copy of our Code of Ethics is available on the company’s website at http://ir.interdigital.com under the IR menu heading “ESG – Governance – Governance Documents.” We intend to disclose future amendments to certain provisions of the Code of Ethics, or any waiver of such provisions granted to executive officers and directors, on the website within four business days following the date of such amendment or waiver.
