PROXY STATEMENT
This Proxy Statement is furnished in connection with the solicitation of proxies bythe board of directors (the “Board”) of Chanson International Holding (the “Company”) for use at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company (the “EGM”) to be held on October 26, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time, and at any adjournment thereof. The EGM will be held in a hybrid format. In-person participants, if any, will be able to attend at B9 Xinjiang Chuangbo Zhigu Industrial Park, No. 100 Guangyuan Road, Shuimogou District, Urumqi, Xinjiang, China 830017. Remote participants, if any, will be able to attend through https://loeb.zoom.us/j/99294018609.
At the EGM, Eligible Shareholders will be asked to consider and vote on the six proposals described in this Proxy Statement. The Company will bear the cost of soliciting proxies. The Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and this Proxy Statement are being mailed or made available to Eligible Shareholders on or about September 28, 2026.
