EXPLANATORY NOTE
On September 10, 2026, Allot Ltd. (the “Company”) published a notice (the “Notice”) that it will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on October 22, 2026, with a record date of September 9, 2026 (the “Record Date”). The Company will distribute a proxy statement (which will include the full version of the proposed resolutions) and a proxy card to all shareholders of record after the Record Date for the Annual Meeting.
