In 2005, we adopted a Code of Ethics that applies to our senior management, including chief executive officer, chief financial officer, internal auditor and other individuals performing similar functions. Code of Business Conduct and Ethics was revised on February 26, 2017 as part of our Internal Compliance Program. The amendments were imposing on our employee’s stricter rules on compliance with Intellectual properties laws, compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, restrictions and rules on posting information on Ituran on social media and online networking websites, adding additional disciplinary measures and providing contact details of our compliance officer.
