We adopted an amended and restated code of ethics prior to the completion of the Redomiciliation in March 2024. The code is reviewed periodically by the Board, applies to our chief executive officer and all senior financial officers of our company, including our chief financial officer, chief accounting officer or controller, and persons performing similar functions. The amended and restated code of ethics reflects our growing emphasis on international operations and better addresses issues related with such activities by providing clear instructions in connection with commercial international activities. If we make any substantive amendment to the code of ethics or grant any waivers, including any implicit waiver, from a provision of the code of ethics, we will disclose the nature of such amendment or waiver on our website.
