In November 2003, the Company’s Board of Directors adopted a Code of Ethics that applies to the CEO, chief financial officer and controller. In October 2008, we amended our Code of Ethics in order to update it and expand its applicability to additional senior officers. In December 2009, we combined the Code of Ethics together with certain Standards of Business Conduct to strengthen the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Program. In October 2014, and again in December 2016, we amended and expanded the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Program, in order to strengthen certain provisions thereunder.
