With its SEC reporting obligations current and trading resumed, Royale has initiated the application process to have its common stock quoted on the OTCQB® Venture Market, operated by OTC Markets Group Inc.
The Company believes that qualification for OTCQB would represent another important step in improving market visibility, broadening access to investors and positioning Royale for its longer-term capital markets objectives.
OTCQB qualification remains subject to OTC Markets Group’s review and the Company’s satisfaction of all applicable eligibility requirements.
