This liability is considered to be a Level 3 financial liability that is re-measured each reporting period. The fair value of the liabilities for the contingent consideration payments recognized at March 31, 2024 totaled approximately $13.3 million for the remaining $15 million of potential earnout. The change in fair value of contingent consideration for the DAS Medical acquisition for the three-month period ended March 31, 2024, resulted in an expense of approximately $0.2 million, and was included in change in fair value of contingent consideration in the consolidated statements of comprehensive income.
