On December 4, 2020, Parent adopted a Code of Ethics that applies to all of its employees, officers, and directors. This includes Parent’s principal executive officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer or controller, or persons performing similar functions. Parent intends to disclose on its website any future amendments of the Code of Ethics or waivers that exempt any principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer or controller, persons performing similar functions, or Parent’s directors from provisions in the Code of Ethics. Information disclosed on Parent’s website is not a part of this Annual Report.
