We have adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for all officers and employees of our Company, a copy of which is posted on our website, and may be viewed athttp://www.costamare.com/ethics. The information contained on or connected to our website is not part of this annual report.
We will also provide a paper copy of this document free of charge upon written request by our shareholders.
