Proxy Solicitation
We are soliciting proxies for use at the 2025 Annual Meeting, including any postponements or adjournments thereof. We will bear the cost of soliciting proxies for the 2025 Annual Meeting. We have retained Morrow Sodali LLC to assist in the solicitation and will pay them approximately $6,000. Our officers may also solicit proxies by mail, telephone, e-mail or facsimile transmission, but we will not reimburse them for their efforts. Upon request, we will reimburse brokers, dealers, banks and trustees, or their nominees, for reasonable expenses incurred by them in forwarding proxy materials.
