2025 Compensation Program
The Compensation Committee has determined to maintain the current design of Archrock’s executive compensation program for 2025 with the following exceptions:
| ● | As previously stated, the 2025 long-term incentive awards (“2025 LTI Awards”) place greater emphasis on performance-based equity with an equal weighting of 50% time-based and 50% performance-based long-term incentive awards, replacing the previous 60%/40% mix. |
| ● | Leverage is removed as a performance metric under the 2025 LTI Awards. While the Company continues to remain focused on leverage, the Compensation Committee determined that CAD and TSR are sufficient to support and assess our longer-term operational results. |
