This proxy statement is furnished to stockholders of SIGA Technologies, Inc. (“SIGA”, the “Company” or “we”) in connection with the solicitation of proxies, in the accompanying form, by the Board of Directors of SIGA (the “Board of Directors”) for use in voting at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) intended to be held virtually on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern Time), and at any adjournment or postponement thereof. We intend to host this meeting as a virtual-only meeting that will be held via live audio webcast.
