We have adopted a Code of Conduct that applies to all of our employees, including our Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), our Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and our Chief Accounting Officer, as well as our Directors. Additionally, we have adopted a Code of Conduct for Directors and a Code of Conduct for Executive Officers (together with the Code of Ethics, the “Codes”).
