Endnotes

(1)Roxmore’s 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate has an effective date of March 31, 2026, and was estimated using a long-term gold price of $3,000 per ounce. For further details, see Roxmore press release of April 20, 2026, and Roxmore’s technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Converse Project, Nevada, USA” with an effective date of May 2, 2026.
(2)Roxmore press release dated April 20, 2026, and Roxmore technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Converse Project, Nevada, USA” with an effective date of May 2, 2026. The preliminary economic assessment contained in such report is preliminary in nature and includes an economic analysis that is based, in part, on inferred Mineral Resources. Inferred Mineral Resources are considered too speculative geologically to have economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as Mineral Reserves, and there is no certainty that the preliminary economic assessment will be realized. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
(3)“Mine-site free cash flow” is calculated as revenue less cost of sales, exploration and evaluation expenditures, capital expenditures and taxes. Please see the endnotes to this press release for a calculation of Mine-site free cash flow cash.
(4)Illustrative Stacked Production Profile. Converse Gold Production reflects SSR Mining’s current estimate for the Project. Existing USA production profile represents current Mineral Reserves (Proven & Probable) only. Production attributed to Converse is based on current Mineral Resources (Indicated, and Inferred) and represents conceptual development potential only. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. Realization of the potential profile from Converse is contingent upon successful infill drilling, completion of economic studies, permitting, and financing.
