We have adopted a code of business conduct that applies to our directors, employees, advisors and officers, including our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. No changes have been made to the code of business conduct since its adoption and no waivers have been granted therefrom to our directors or employees. We have filed our code of business conduct as an exhibit to our F-1 registration statement (File No. 333-213951), as amended, initially filed with the SEC on October 4, 2016, and a copy is available to any shareholder upon request.
