In addition to a Code of Conduct applicable to all of our employees, United Community adopted a Code of Ethical Conduct designed to promote ethical conduct which applies to, among other members of our executive and senior management and Board, United Community’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer.
