ITEM 16B. CODE OF ETHICS
We have adopted a Code of Conduct that applies to all senior executives including our Non-Executive Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Directors at our mining operations as well as all other employees. In the 2022 fiscal year we updated the Code of Compliance in compliance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act.
