If our loss rate factor was to increase 10 basis points, our reserve would increase by approximately $2.4 million. Banking regulations have established guidelines relating to the amount of construction and land mortgage loans and investor- owned commercial real estate mortgage loans of 100% and 300% of total risk-based capital, respectively.
