We have adopted a Code of Conduct & Business Ethics Policy, which covers a broad range of matters including ethical and compliance issues and other corporate policies such as equal opportunity and non-discrimination standards. The Code of Conduct & Business Ethics Policy apply to all of our executive officers, board members and employees, including our principal executive, principal financial and principal accounting officers. Our Code of Conduct & Business Ethics Policy is intended to meet the definition of “code of ethics” under Item 16B of Form 20-F under the Exchange Act.
