On or about May 30, 2024, we will mail to our Shareholders the Notice of Meeting, this Proxy Statement, the Company's annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the "Annual Report"), and a form of proxy (collectively, the "proxy materials"). The solicitation of proxies by this Proxy Statement is being made by or on behalf of management of the Company. The total cost of the solicitation will be borne by Village Farms.
