To reduce the environmental impact of our Annual Meeting, we are making this Proxy Statement and Annual Report ("Proxy Materials") available to stockholders electronically via the Internet at https://www.astproxyportal.com/ast/13455 and on the Corporation’s website at http://www.sjwgroup.com/investor-relations/sec-filings. On or about April 26, 2024, the Corporation will begin mailing, or otherwise make available to stockholders, a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials containing instructions on how to access the Proxy Materials and how to vote.

If you would prefer to receive a paper copy of the Proxy Materials, please follow the instructions included in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials or as provided below. If you have previously elected to receive the Proxy Materials electronically, you will continue to receive an e-mail notification with instructions to access the materials via the Internet unless you elect otherwise.

Instead, we will send you an email notification that the Proxy Materials have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and are available for you to view, including a link to the website where you can view the materials.
