Our Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct that applies to all of our officers, directors, and employees and is reviewed annually by our Nominating and Governance Committee. In its most recent review, the Board of Directors adopted a revised Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, effective August 18, 2023. The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct sets forth certain expectations of business conduct and identifies various violations of the code and establishes procedures regarding the reporting of such violations. The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct also sets forth the Company's policies related to anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption. The Company conducts mandatory annual training on the aforementioned topics. We intend to include on our website information about any amendments to, or waivers from, a provision of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct that applies to our principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer or controller.
