On July 4, 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (the "Act") was enacted. The Act includes multiple business tax provisions, including the reinstatement of 100% bonus depreciation and a change in the calculation of deductible interest expense. We are currently evaluating the impact of these provisions on our overall financial position; however, we preliminarily expect a positive impact on our operating cash flows as a result of the expected refund of estimated tax payments previously made, as well as lower cash tax outlays in both the current and future years.
