Net sales of $464 million were up 2.2% or $10 million year over year. On a pro forma 13 basis, net sales were up 11.1% year over year, driven by increased demand, particularly for mobile crushers in the U.S. supported by road construction, infrastructure projects, and select commercial building activities.
Adjusted 1 EBITDA was $87 million, or 18.8% of net sales for the second quarter of 2026, compared to the prior year of $62 million, or 13.8% of net sales and $60 million, or 14.4% of net sales, on a pro forma 13 basis. The improvement was driven by favorable mix, price and higher volume absorption, partially offset by increased transportation costs.
