The Company’s results and earnings information regarding its first quarter, as well as information regarding the use of non-U.S. GAAP financial measures, are set forth in the attached press release dated May 6, 2025, and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Certain non-U.S. GAAP measures will be used in Ball’s earnings conference for the first quarter of 2025.
