Demo mode lets you inspect the product using real portfolios before connecting a brokerage: read-only 13F holdings of well-known and top alpha-ranked institutional investors, reconstructed from their actual SEC filings.
The analytics you see in demo mode — factor exposures, Holder IQ, health scores — are computed from the same warehouse data that powers the full product. They describe those public portfolios, not your own, so they are not personalized investment analysis.
