Getting started

Data coverage and freshness

Why some metrics are unavailable and what to do next.

Quick actions

Sync status, analytics coverage and data freshness answer different questions. A successful brokerage sync can coexist with a partial or unavailable analysis.

Missing or outdated holdings: check Settings → Connections and the last sync status. Follow any requested re-link or refresh action, then confirm your accounts and holdings on Portfolio.

Assets outside the model: some cards analyze only eligible holdings. Cryptocurrency price history does not include those holdings in the equity factor model. Refreshing a connection does not change a model’s asset coverage.

Missing security matches or model inputs: a holding may have a current price but still lack the evidence needed for factor analysis. Read its exclusion reason; an unavailable metric is not a zero exposure.

Insufficient history: return attribution and drift need observations over time. Importing current holdings alone does not supply that history.

Older source data: check the date shown on the card. Market data, filings and model inputs follow separate update schedules; a brokerage refresh does not refresh every dataset.

When a result is partial, read its stated scope and coverage before interpreting it. If the next step is unclear, contact support with the page, card name, exact message and displayed source date.
