Note 13 – Variable Interest Entities
We perform ongoing qualitative analyses of our involvement with variable interest entities to determine if consolidation is required. The Company determined that it wasnot a primary beneficiary in any material variable interest entity as of June 30, 2024 or December 31, 2023. The Company's involvement with variable interest entities for which it is not the primary beneficiary has not materially changed from December 31, 2023. For details of our accounting policy for variable interest entities and the composition of variable interest entities with which the Company is involved, refer to Note 14 in the Company's 2023 Form 10-K. The Company has not provided, and does not intend to provide, financial support to any of these variable interest entities in excess of its maximum exposure.
