To enter the Annual Meeting, you will need the control number that appears on your Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, proxy card and the instructions that accompanied your proxy materials. 2.Approve an amendment to the CuriosityStream Inc. 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan (“Plan”) to increase the number of shares subject to the Plan;
3.Ratify the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026;

6.Transact such other business that may properly come before the Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Our board of directors (the “Board”) has fixed the close of business on March 27, 2026, as the record date for the Annual Meeting (the “Record Date”). Only stockholders of record on the Record Date will be entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting. A list of the names of stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting will be available for examination by any stockholder for 10 days before the Annual Meeting for any purpose germane to the Annual Meeting at our principal executive offices during normal business hours.
