On August 10, 2026 Art’s-Way Manufacturing Co., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Modular Buildings segment recently entered into contracts for major projects, increasing the segment’s backlog to more than $19.0 million. A copy of the press release is furnished as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
