On October 28, 2026, Enlivex Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that 135 patients, out of a total planned 182, have been randomized and were administered the first injection of Allocetra TM in the Company’s Phase 2b clinical trial of Allocetra™ for the treatment of patients with moderate-to-severe age-related symptomatic primary knee osteoarthritis. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
