We recently reported our financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026 (“fiscal year 2026”) and other recent highlights, including:

revenue of $185.8 million, a decrease of 2.4%, primarily due to lower overall demand, partially offset by growth in our warehousing services;

gross profit of $0.4 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, compared with a gross loss of $3.0 million in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025 (“fiscal year 2025”), with the gross margin improving to 0.2% from-1.6% in fiscal year 2025; which improvement primarily reflects a decrease in freight costs;

ii

general and administrative expenses of $22.0 million, representing a 49.7% increase in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026 from $14.7 million in fiscal year 2025, primarily due to increased rental expenses associated with additional leased warehouse facilities, a portion of which facilities remained underutilized during the period;
