Our Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific time. We will again utilize a virtual format for our meeting. Our Perspective on 2023 I am pleased to announce that Velocity delivered record earnings for the fourth quarter and full year 2023, driven by strategic portfolio growth and proactive asset management. Our dedicated and experienced team turned challenging mortgage market conditions into opportunities and delivered strong financial and operational results.
