TO THE STOCKHOLDERS OF

Information Services Group, Inc.:

You are cordially invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Information Services Group, Inc. (the “Company”) on April 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, which will be held at the offices of the Company, 2187 Atlantic Street, Stamford, Connecticut 06902 (the “Annual Meeting”).

Details of the business to be conducted at the Annual Meeting are given in the attached Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders and accompanying Proxy Statement.

We are pleased to take advantage of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rule that allows companies to furnish proxy materials to their stockholders over the internet. As a result, we are mailing to our stockholders a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials (the “Notice”) instead of a paper copy of the accompanying Proxy Statement and our Annual Report to Stockholders for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. We believe this process allows us to provide our stockholders with the information they need in a timely manner while reducing environmental impact, lowering costs of printing, and distributing our proxy materials. The Notice contains instructions on how to access our proxy materials over the internet. The Notice also contains instructions on how to request a paper copy of our proxy materials, including the accompanying Proxy Statement, our Annual Report to Stockholders for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 and a form of proxy card. The Notice and accompanying Proxy Statement are first being made available to our stockholders beginning on or about March 14, 2025.

Your vote is important to us and to our business. We encourage you to vote by telephone, over the internet or, if you requested to receive printed proxy materials, by marking, signing, dating and returning your proxy card so that your shares will be represented and voted at the Annual Meeting, whether or not you plan to attend. If you attend the Annual Meeting, you will, of course, have the right to revoke the proxy and vote your shares in person.

Sincerely yours,

Michael P. ConnorsChairman and Chief Executive Officer
